New Delhi:The reality show Big Boss 7 ended after entertaining the viewers for a long 105 days. TV star Gauhar Khan has been declared as the winner of the event while Tanisha Mukherjee as the runner up. The winner was awarded an equivalent of Dh300, 000 (Rs50 Lakh) in cash and a trophy. But the amount of money presented to her is nowhere near the grand exposure and fame that she achieved among the millions of viewers in India and across the world. Gauhar Khan who has previously participated in two other similar events said that her victory in the finale was an unexpected one. She also thanked her family members for supporting her till the last of the reality show
The finale of the reality show was arranged after spending 105 days in the house with 74 cameras absorbing every in-house movement of the contestants. In the house, there were 20 contestants altogether and among them only four managed to reach the final of the reality show. Apart from Gauhar Khan other contestants in the finale were Bollywood actor Tanishaa Mukherjee, Wrestler Sangram Singh and actor Ajaz Khan. Gauhar Khan was definitely one of the strongest contesters in the show right from the beginning. Currently she has been receiving hearty congratulation messages from the fans and contestants of the previous seasons.
