Mumbai: ‘Boothnath Returns’ is an upcoming Indian horror movie with comedy theme. The movie has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced jointly by Bhushan Kumar and Ravi Chopra. This movie is the sequel of Boothnath released in the year 2008. Bollywood’s ever-time mega star Amitabh Bachchan features in this movie in the leading role. Bolluwood’s other leading star Shahrukh Khan appears as a supporting actor in this movie. Other notable actors are Boman Irani and Ranbir Kapoor. The shooting of the movie which started on 10th October 2013 is now over. The film is expected to release on 11th April 2014.
In this movie Amitabh Bachchan appears as a friendly neighborhood ghost who has been disgraced in his own ghostly world. He is sent back to the earthly plane to scare a bunch of children and ‘clear his name.’ But the children do not get scared by the actions of the ghost.
