Hong Kong: A life-sized replica of the Titanic ship will become the center of attraction of an enclosed Theme park in China. Authorities think that the ship wreck museum will be enough to give simulation to visitors by recalling a sense of the 1912 disaster.
The expected cost for the construction of the museum is 1 billion Yuan ($165 million). Authorities think that they can open the museum for the public in the year 2016. The location at which they have proposed to construct the entertainment center is about 1,500 km (930 miles) away from the nearest ocean in the central province of Sichuan.
Su Shaojun, chief executive of the Seven Star Energy Investment Group that funded the project, said that it is essential for Asia to have its own Titanic museum. According to him the features of the museum is capable to generate the spirit of ship wreckage to a greater extent.
