Beijing: A Chinese city has decided to allow the sale of condoms in middle schools in an effort to combat HIV/AIDS among students. This new move by the authorities have sparked concerns among parents and they fear about teenage sex in the school campus. The intention of this move is to curb the increased HIV/AIDS cases. Ma Guanghui, the director of northwestern Shaanxi’s provincial health and family planning committee’s disease control office, told to the state-run China Daily that the decision was made by the provincial government after thorough studies and research works.
