Dubai: The globally famous Dubai shopping festival will be starting on January 2nd as proposed earlier. The authorities have organized thirty two days of celebrations to make the shopping festival highly colorful. Lakhs of visitors from all over the world are expected to arrive on account of this grand shopping event. Vast arrangements are made to provide all types of entertainments together with shopping.

The trade fair which lasts till February 2nd is said to be its nineteenth edition. Each year this trade fair is conducting with great fantasy as well as specialty. Prizes for best shopping, special consideration for children in families, various entertainments to attract children etc. are the features of this event. The organizers of this shopping festival are Dubai events and promotion establishments. They said that they have been thinking to generate classic appearance to the shopping festival. According to the director general of Dubai events and promotion establishments (DEPE), this trade fair would enable tourism development, business promotion and global trading in Dubai to a great extent.
