China: The restaurant at Yulin, Guangxi in China which became highly controversial in the midst of dog meat supply have hit back on animal rights activists by circulating photos in which they were eating dog meat.
A man and a woman from New York-based current affairs website were caught on camera while enjoying a dog meat feast after heading to the city to cover the Yulin Dog Meat Festival.
As per the photos, the pair were eating the meat and interviewing locals. These photoes were first posted by an unnamed supporter of the festival on the microblogging platform, claiming that the foreign reporters had enjoyed the dog meat feast very much.
After the feast the reporters had said that the Yulin’s dog meat and lycees were very tasty and they would come to enjoy the feast next year too.
The Yulin Dog Meat Festival is being held for decades in China over the summer.
