Indonesia: A pregnant woman in Indonesia is said to have given birth to a lizard.
An investigation has been launched regarding this, since the woman was being accused of given birth to a lizard.
Officials have sent a team of experts to the remote Oenunto Village in the country where one midwife had claimed that a lizard was born to a women.
Scientists in the team said that it would be absolutely nonsense that the woman, named as Debi Nubatonis, 31, had given birth to a lizard.
But they were needed to come up with a logical explanation.
Midwife Josephine Lydia Hellen Wadu said that she was gone to help Ms Nubatonis during her delivery and instead of a child, she delivered a lizard.
She was insisted to take the lizard to the Oenunto Health Center and file a report to support the claim that the lizard had been born from the woman.
