Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs 2 is an American computer animated comic film. The science fiction was produced by Sony pictures animation while the distribution was undertaken by Columbia pictures. The movie which is the continuation of the 2009 film ‘Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs’ was based on the book of Judi and Ron Barrett. The directors of the movie were Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn while the producer was Kirk Bodyfelt. The Screenplay of the movie was done by John Francis Daley, Jonathan Goldstein and Erica Rivinoja.

The movie tells about a food machine which gets wrong and becomes uncontrollable. The manufacturer of this machine called Flint is a young enthusiastic inventor. He with his friends tries to stop the machine and succeeds. In the sequel second part, Flint and his friends are forced to leave their home town and later, when the food machine restarts producing sentient food beasts, they come back for saving the world.
