Kula Lumpur: A Malaysia Airlines plane to Bangalore in India has made an emergency landing in Kuala Lumpur after a tyre burst during its take-off. Flight 192 landed safely at Kuala Lumpur International Airport approximately fifteen minutes after its departure. The airline authorities told that the landing gear of the Boeing 737-800 was malfunctioning upon its take-off, but later revealed the tyre burst as the fault. According to passengers the emergency landing was calm and smooth. The airline authorities were set ready the airport fire rescue services and deployed them near the runway, but the jet could land safely without any further untoward incidents around three hours after its take-off. Malaysia’s acting transport minister Hishammuddin Hussein, who has been at the forefront of Malaysian efforts to recover the missing flight MH370, traveled to the airport and later tweeted about the safe landing of the plane.
