New York: The national Organization of Malayalees working in America, which is known by the name ‘FOMMA’, has decided to conduct their metro region convention at New York on 25th January, 2014. The meeting will be held at Christian Center auditorium which locates in Floral park. The members of this organization are intending to celebrate the convention with a variety of programs. The registration and kick-off of the national convention of ‘FOMMA’ which has to be held at Philadelphia will be carried out at this venue.
The representatives of Grand Canyon University will be participating in this convention. Canyon University is the educational patron of FOMMA and considered as an historical gain of the organization. In this convention, there will be explanations regarding the partnership of FOMMA with the Canyon University. They will also explain about scholarships that decided to give to the members of the organization. The meeting will be started at 4.pm on that particular day. At 4.30 pm. various cultural programs will be carried out at the venue. The main attraction of this convention is colorful stage programs conducting by Noopura dance academy.
