Chandigarh: Preparations for the three-day Inter-university Science Fest (SCITRON-2014), to be held at Punjab University Campus are in full swing. The same will be organizing by the Punjab University Campus Student Council (PUCSC) from January 22-25.
The fest is decided to commence on 22nd January with a marathon. The intention of this event is to create awareness about the dreadfulness of cancer. It will be followed by a flash-mob at the Punjab University Student Center. There will be competitions for students which include science quiz, skit contest, histrionics, declamation, debates, painting etc.
The basic aim of the fest is to promote interest on science and associated subjects among students.
