Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that he will support the military action against Syria if the usage of chemical weapons is proved. According to him for such an international military intervention a prior permission from the United Nations Organizations should have been sought.  He also expressed his desire to fulfill the existing arms treaty with Syria.

Meanwhile US State Secretary John Kerry revealed that if there is no military intervention, the faithfulness on US will be lost not only to the world but also among their associate nations.
