Switzerland: Russian and Ukrainian boxing teams have decided to clash as scheduled in the World Series of Boxing quarterfinals in-spite of the recent issues between the two countries. Both the teams are of the opinion to keep sports away from politics. The International Boxing Association said that the Russian Boxing Team and Ukraine Otamans will meet on March 30 in Moscow and on April 4 in Donetsk. The eastern Ukraine city has recently viewed the pro-Europe groups clash with Russia supporters. The Russian team is sponsored by oil and gas engineering company Stroytransgaz owned by Kremlin-linked billionaire Gennady Timchenko while the Ukrainian team is sponsored by the national boxing federation. The winner is scheduled to face either the USA Knockouts or Cuba Domadores in the semifinals on April 25 and May 2.
