Netherlands: Three US Secret Service agents who were escorting the US President Barack Obama in Netherlands have been sent back on disciplinary grounds.
As per the Washington Post reports one was found drunk while on duty and passed out in the corridor of an Amsterdam hotel.
One of the Secret Service spokesmen said that the three drunkards have been put on administrative leave pending an investigation. He was reluctant to give any further details regarding the matter.
The US secret service has been trying to rebuild its reputation after the previous scandals.
In 2013 two agents were removed from President Obama’s security squad on account of sexual harassment and misconduct.
Earlier in 2012, several agents were dismissed following allegations that they had hired prostitutes while at Cartagena in Colombia.
