Delhi: One of the most popular Indian classic movies ‘SHOLAY’ is ready to release in its 3D version on January 3rd. The original release of this movie was about 38 years back. The cast and crew members of the original release of this movie have no objection regarding the release of the 3D version whereas the director of the genuine release Remesh Sippy has expressed his objection on the 3D release. Ramesh Sippy plea for a stay order for the 3D release was rejected by the Mumbai High Court recently. However, the script writers of the film Javed Akhtar and Salim Khan are promotional on the release of the SHOLAY 3D.
On the eve of the movie release, there were mixed responses on Twitter. Through the blog, certain fans of the movie have expressed very good opinions while some others supported Ramesh Sippy.
