Beijing: The traditional Lantern Festival in China was on the 15th day of the first lunar month. Lantern Festival is a memorable time for people in China to get together and watch magnificent lantern shows.
In Liaocheng City of Shandong Province, thousands of visitors were arrived to get a glimpse of the mesmerizing colorful lanterns made of recycled materials. This lantern show has been held for more than ten years, and has become the first choice for locals to celebrate the festival.
Meanwhile, Wuyuan county in Jiangxi province has organized a massive display of “dragon stool lanterns”. It is believed that the longer the dragon, the more the blessings would be. The Lantern Festival like any other traditional one, wouldn’t be complete without a tasty treat.
