AK Antony to arrive in Russia today

Defence Minister AK Antony will arrive in Severodvinsk in north Russia tonight for the commissioning of aircraft carrier INS Vikramaditya tomorrow at Sevmash Shipyard, Russia's nuclear submarine building centre.
