President of Sri Lanka pledges war crimes inq

London: The Sri Lankan president Maithripala Sirisena said that he would order for a domestic inquiry into war crimes supposed to have committed during the country's civil war within a month. The President said that UN investigators would not be allowed to involve with the issues, in spite of the strong international pressure. He was speaking from London during his visit to Great Britain.
