Islamabad: Five Pakistanis are reported to have killed and thirty others injured in a dual blast that occurred in a theater in Peshawar. At the time of the blast about 150 individuals were in the theatre. Hence there are high chances to increase the death toll.
It is suspected that the grenade was thrown by somebody sitting in the back row seats of the theater. Nobody has claimed the responsibility of the blast.
According to Thalibanism, viewing of movies are great sin. They had forcefully closed certain movie theaters in Pakistan earlier. Hence, there are strong beliefs regarding the involvement of Thaliban in the blast.
Recently, the Nawaz Sherif government is in a set-out to conduct a talk with Taliban authorities. Sometimes the blast might have done by some others who wished to avoid such peace talks with Taliban in Pakistan.
