New Delhi: Afghan President Hamid Karzhai arrived here on Thursday for four-day official visit. He was received at the airport by R.P.N. Singh, the minister of state for home affairs. This is his third visit to India in 2013.

He will be meeting Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday to hold talks regarding bilateral issues. During the discussion, he may present the request to supply military hardware to Afghanistan. He will be visiting the Pune based Symbiosis University for delivering a lecture class on Sunday. In Pune, he has also to attend a joint Business Interaction organized by FICCI, ASSOCHAM and CII.
