Manama: King Hamad, the ruler of Bahrain arrives in India for a three day official visit. He is expected to land in Delhi on 18th this month. During the tour the King will be accompanied by high level delegation which includes Ministers and officials. The King will be meeting president Pranab Mukerji, Vice President Hameed Ansari, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi etc within the time-frame of three days. The King is expected to sign certain key agreements during his talks with the Prime minister of India. About 4 lakh Indians are currently working in Bahrain. In this context, India views the visit of the Bahrain King with utmost importance. According to the Indian Ambassador in Bahrain, the visit of the King will enable India to develop firm relationship with Bahrain.
