Beijing: It is reported that China has made a straight increase in their defense budget. This is in view of the bad relationships with their neighboring countries. Currently China is in serious issues with Japan regarding the authority of a small piece of island in the east China sea.
In the current financial year China has established a defense budget of $ 14800 Crore. When compared to the last years budget they have made a hike of $ 880 Crore in the current defense budget. The increased defense budget of China has created great concern to its neighboring countries including India. Currently China is at the second position among the countries which spend mammoth amount to enhance their defense capabilities.
As per the reports, China is in a set-out to become self-reliant in their defense capabilities. In recent years China has owned so many submarines as well as air-craft carriers as part of modernizing their navy and air-force.
