China: A Tibetan Mastiff puppy has been sold in China for almost €1.4 million. This is considered as the most expensive ever dog sale.
Recently a property developer has paid 12 million yuan (€1.4 million) for the one-year-old golden-haired mastiff at a “luxury pet” fair in the eastern province of Zhejiang. In another deal a red-haired canine had sold for 6 million yuan.
Tibetan Mastiff puppies are on top of the range mastiff studs with lion’s blood. They are enormous and sometimes furious, with round manes lending them a passing resemblance to lions. Now the Tibetan mastiff puppies have got prized status among China’s economy, since their prices are increasing in fast paces.
