Semenov(Russia): A moose which had been intoxicated became violent and created a lot of disturbances to the public at the Semenov City Center. Police were unable to catch the violent animal until it fell into a pond at the Semenov City Park.
The concreted sides were made it impossible for the animal from getting out of the pond.
The moose was lucky to be taken-out from the water before getting drowned.
After rescuing, he was transferred to an animal shelter. Authorities said that the drunken animal would be released soon.
Experts said that it was quite normal for moose to get drunk in this way and such incidents may happen as many as 50 times in their lives.
