Cairo: Leylet En Nuktah is a cultural Festival in Egypt which is celebrated to commemorate the holiness of River Nile.
In the 2014 this festival is said to have organized in June 17th.
Egyptians have been honoring River Nile because this watercourse is the basis of life in Egypt.
If there is no Nile, the country would have been a total desert.
So, the natives of Egypt consider river Nile as their fortune.
So the celebrations related to the river Nile is commemorated with gaiety and enthusiasm.
Every year in June, the river rises flooding the surrounding landscape locations while enriching those areas with organic matter, which helps the abundant growth of crops.
