Geneva: The human rights section of United Nations criticized the Supreme Court order which categorizes homosexual as an absolute offence. According to the Head of the human rights department in UN, the court order is a violation of international laws as well as the human rights. The department also said that the Supreme Court in India has made so many favorable rules for improving the quality of human rights. So the department wished the Supreme Court in India to reconsider their decision.
