Cairo: The Muslim Brotherhood party in Egypt has been declared as a terrorist organization by the ruling interim government. The party was constituted by the Former Egyptian president Muhammed Mursi. Following the aforesaid declaration, Hausam Eeza the education minister in the interim government revealed that all activities of the organization have also been banned. He was explaining the outcome of discussions made by his government. The current government in the country has the support of the Egyptian Army to a great extent. The decision to ban the organization was on the basis of the recent car bomb blast occurred near the police base at Mansaura city which locates on the Nile River bank. Due to the horrific blast 16 people were died and more than 150 wounded.
The banned organisation was a political party which won the first election conducted after the thirty years dictatorship rule of Hoshni Mubarak. While Mursi was also transformed in to a dictator, the people of the nation started agitation against him. At that juncture, the Egyptian military intervened and got him out.
