Tokyo(Japan): Hideaki Kobayashi is a middle-aged, bald man in Tokyo having a bushy mustache.
He desired to be a Japanese school girl and paraded all over Tokyo by wearing "Seifuku," the name for the sailor outfits of teenage school girls in Japan.
Kobayashi, who is now aged more than 50 years, started dressing up as a teenage school girl about three years ago.
Before that, he was a computer engineer and an accomplished photographer in which careers he was kept alive.
