New Delhi: The UAE has been authorized to host the first 20 matches of IPL starting on April 16th since India is busy with its general elections.
After the first part of the Indian Premier league Cricket matches in United Arab Emirates, the seventh edition of IPL will return to India on May 2 for the high-profile clash between past winners Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders at Ranchi.
The organizers have also released the venues and fixture for the remaining 40 games, including the final to be played in India. Bangladesh has been kept as a stand by location to host the second leg in case the government declines permission to hold the matches.
