Montevideo: Uruguay, the Latin American state has decided to encourage the cultivation and sales of narcotics in the country. The ruling government of the nation was engaged in a twelve hours long discussion before recognizing the rule regarding this. Thus Uruguay became the first nation in the world that ordered a rule to favor the sales and cultivation of narcotics in the country. Registered individuals above eighteen years of age are allowed to buy 40 grams of narcotics in a month. According to the Uruguay Government sources the new rule is a suitable step to curb the narcotics smuggling in the country.
