New Delhi: In Uttar Pradesh one Muslim clergy man called Maulana Thoukheer Rasakhan had filed a complaint against Thasleema Nasreen saying that she has harassed the Muslim religion through Twitter. But the Supreme Court warned the Uttar Pradesh police not to take any actions against Thasleema Nasreen.

In Twitter, Thasleema had written about the meeting of Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kajeriwal with Maulana Thoukheer Rasakhan. In that she said that the meeting was to seek support of the Muslim community for the recently finished Delhi assembly elections. This became highly controversial later. Earlier, the clergy man had announced ‘Fathva’ against Thasleema Nasreen.
