“Tele-call tapping is unconstitutional” – say

Washington: According to the US court the process of tapping Tele-calls by the American secret agents is unconstitutional. Washington’s federal district judge Richard Leon has said that such activities of the national security agency (NSA) are absurd. Recently, the US court had proposed an order to abolish the spy works of NSA which was later abandoned on account of an appeal filed by the law and order section in US. This enabled the various secret agents in the US to continue their spy works as usual. The court order was with respect to a complaint filed by an individual called Larry Clayman. As per the statements from the Obama government, the telephone tapping is one of the measures implemented to control terrorism in the nation. So, the court order was really a blow to the government.
