Mumbai: Bollywood’s ever biggest name Amitabh Bachchan received the Lifetime Achievement honor at the 20th Annual Life OK Screen Awards. This entertainment cum award distribution ceremony was held at MMRDA Grounds in Mumbai.

The actor was present at the venue with wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek. The absence of his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Roy and granddaughter Aaradhya were felt the venue greatly.

Then he was presented with the Award by his long-time contemporaries and close friends from the film field. Actor Shatrughan Sinha and filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra had some praising words for the star. They reminded yesteryears Amitabh Bachchan who was known as the ‘Angry young Man’.

The host for the night, Shah Rukh Khan had also honored the superstar.

After the event, the Big B who is very active in social networking, posted at Twitter about the happenings of the grand night.
