New Delhi; The BJP was ahead as per the exit poll projections.
Elaborate arrangements have been made to offer a victor’s reception to Narendra Modi when he reaches the capital on May 17.
The party has planned to decorate the entire route from the airport to its headquarters at 11, Ashok Road, and to mobilize people on either sides of the roads.
To reflect the mood of BJP cadre, they have even created victory-chants.
The BJP headquarters has also made some interesting preparations. More than 500 T-shirts with slogans have been stored to give its volunteers. A picture of a triumphant Modi is being readied to be worn on the counting day.
Over 2,500 kg laddoos are being prepared at the BJP Headquarters with the expectation of a lip-smacking victory.
