1-2 tbsp ACV
1 tbsp freshly ground cayenne pepper powder
Lemon juice and lemon zest (use 1 lemon)
1 cup water (about 250 ml)
* Peel the lemon, and cover the lemon peel with 1 cup of hot water (let it seep for 10 minutes).
* Juice your lemon and pour the lemon juice into the water and add the apple cider or ACV.
* Sprinkle just a small amount of cayenne pepper onto the top of the water. You want just enough to cover the top of the glass with a very thin layer.
* Stir well before every sip, and consume this drink using a straw.
Use straw so that you can keep a lot of the acid of the lemon juice away from my teeth. After that, drink about half a glass of plain water to wash everything down and clean out the acidity from my mouth. Wait about 20 minutes before eating anything.
