Rafael Nadal enters final


Melbourne: Rafael Nadal entered the final of the Australian open men’s singles by defeating his ever great rival Roger Federer for 7-6(4), 6-3, 6-3. He had exhibited an awesome display in the aforesaid semifinal.

In a pleasant night game at Rod Laver Arena, the 2009 champion registered his sixth straight win in Grand Slams over the Swiss with clean hits which were master-class in all respects.

After the match Nadal said that it was a tough encounter and both of them had made some spectacular moves at the end. Nadal was consoling himself and said that he could play well in the attacking game. Referring to the talent of  Roger Federer, Nadal said that he was in an attacking style and tried to control the ball early.
