New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has expressed his unwillingness to become the Prime Minister of India for the third time. As per the reports, he has conveyed this decision to the UPA Chair Person Sonia Gandhi. At the same time he has expressed his interests to work for the development of the party and also to guide Rahul Gandhi who is considered as the Prime Minister contestant of the Congress party. Manmohan’s decision has put an end to the uncertainty prevailed within Congress regarding Party leadership. A final decision on this matter would be taken in the working committee meeting of the party to be held on 17th January, 2014. Meanwhile, the party has decided to conduct a congress Chief Ministers meeting in Delhi on Friday, 27th December. The main intention of this meeting is to discuss matters regarding the forthcoming Lok Sabha election. The meeting has been convened by the party Vice President Rahul Gandhi.
