Lucknow: in the ongoing election campaign, the BJP general secretary Varun Gandhi is not interested in telling anything against his unloved cousin and Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi who has decided to contest from the Amethi constituency in Uttar Pradesh.

The 34-year-old Varun Gandhi is likely to contest from Sultanpur on a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ticket. He told the media that he has been believing in political modesty and never nurture any ill will against his opponents.

According to him he has been keeping a positive mind towards politics and always believe in certain lines of decency that he would never cross. He said that he will not campaign against his cousin Rahul Gandhi who has decided contest from the neighboring Amethi constituency.

Varun Gandhi is the sitting MP from Pilibhit and this time shifted his base to Sultanpur.

Varun Gandhi’s mother Maneka Gandhi is currently a BJP parliamentarian from Aonla constituency in Uttar Pradesh. She is likely to contest from Pilibhit for the Lok Sabha 2014 election. This is a seat held by her earlier.
