New Delhi: Indian Railway has organized faultless facilities to control violence that may occur during train journeys. As per this, passengers can complain at any nearest station irrespective of their regions. This new facility has been named as ‘Zero FIR’. Any complaints from the passengers during their train journey will be recorded as Zero FIR. As per this new facility, complaint registered station will send a fax message to the station from where the respective violence has taken place. There are also facilities to assess the developments of the inquiry.
