Washington: US have expressed their severe anxiety over the India Government’s decision to withdraw favors and services to the US consulates and embassy in India. They have pointed out that the protection of their diplomats in India is the responsibility of the ruling government there. The United States ministry of foreign affairs said that India should follow the decisions put forth by the Vienna convention in this regard. The US foreign affairs ministry source Mary Harf said that they are very much concerned about the security of their diplomats in India and they have been in touch with the Indian authorities to re-establish the securities and other services to the US consulates and embassy in India.
