BSF convoy attacked by militants in Jammu and Kashmir


J&K: Two BSF personnel are reported to have killed and at least 12 injured when militants attacked a BSF convoy in Jammu and Kashmir.
During the retaliation, one militant is reported to have been killed while the encounter is still continuing.
Officials said that he militants were thrown grenades and opened fire on the convoy when it reached Nassu belt on its way from Jammu to Srinagar.
As per the reports the attack was just a short while after a batch of pilgrims to the Himalayan shrine of Amarnath were passed by.
