Moscow: Russia has decided to send stray dogs to space to boost their space related experiments.
Recently they have chosen a female dog called Laika for this purpose.
If this event is taken place, she will be the first dog to be sent into space.
Russia is the first country in the world to send a man as well as a woman to space.
Now they have decided to set a new landmark in this field by sending a dog to the space.
This forthcoming rare incident has been described by Damon Murray, the editor of the new book called ‘Soviet Space Dogs’.
Pictures of the dog has started appearing on children’s books, posters, toys, stamps, matchboxes, postcards and all over in the country.
